as promised, our special Danish guest Christopher is back for a second workout video. ABS are his weakest spot.. so there was no arguing: he had to suffer through a Pam Sixpack Routine. He asked me to create an “easy one” .. pfff not for him haha.
But that’s all secondary – because the last 1/3 of this video makes it EXTRA SPECIAL. We planned it, but Christopher was clearly confused at 6:36 😀 😀 Dennis and me couldn’t stop laughing when we edited the video.
